Welcome to Heaven’s Touch by T. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We offer professional massage therapy, skincare treatments, and wellness services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

• Appointments must be scheduled online or by phone.
• We require 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a lost session or a $30 rebooking fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows automatically forfeit the session unless approved by Tanya for emergencies.
   

• Packages and memberships must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan before sessions begin. 
• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. 
• All packages and memberships expire 12 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred after expiration. 
• Each package or membership is intended for one client. One complimentary transfer per package or membership is allowed; additional transfers incur a $25 administrative fee. 
• Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. 
• One annual 30-day pause is allowed for travel, medical, or other approved circumstances.
• In cases of verified emergencies or illness, Tanya may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule or credit at her discretion. 
• If Tanya approves a cancellation after sessions have begun, used sessions will be recalculated at full single-service rates. Any remaining balance may be applied toward future services or products. No cash refunds will be issued.

• Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.

• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions prior to treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.
• Please avoid attending your appointment if you are feeling unwell or contagious.

• Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.
• Our space is a safe, respectful environment for all clients and staff.

Massage, skincare, and bodywork services have inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Heaven’s Touch by T is not liable for adverse reactions or injuries not caused by negligence.

All content on our website — including text, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of Heaven’s Touch by T and may not be used without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
